Omnichannel Stock Associate

Zimmermann has an exciting opportunity for an Omni-Channel Stock Associate (7-month fixed-term, 20 hours/week) from late March to October 2026 in our Madrid boutique. Working within our Madrid store, and as part of a high performing digital team, the position will be responsible for the successful fulfilment and timely processing of web orders and returns coming from the Zimmermann EU website whilst assisting with the processing of both retail and online stock for our EU warehouses and stores. Responsibilities ONLINE ORDERS: Process online orders in accordance with Zimmermann\'s Online Store Policy and Procedure without exception; pack all allocated online orders to the highest standard of presentation; manage expedited and hand delivery services; ensure invoicing and packing are completed according to client and Zimmermann guidelines; ensure 100% accuracy in dispatch and dispatch within the required timeframe; communicate with CS/Ecommerce teams and reply within required timelines; report issues impacting the client experience to CS and Ecommerce Operations Teams. STOCKROOM ORGANISATION: Maintain stock room and storage spaces; organize stock by Collection group RTW / SWIM, category, colour and size; reorganize stock rooms to align with delivery calendar and seasonal requirements; ensure stock room organization aligns with BOH standards to prioritise efficiency for the sales team. STOCK INVENTORY ASSISTANCE: Investigate online stock issues and discrepancies from stocktake; liaise with the Store Manager and Stock Controller with findings. The successful candidate will have a background in stock and online fulfilment, strong multitasking skills and be a team player in a fast-paced environment; be analytical and thorough when referring to stock control.
