This includes conducting supply chain related analysis from presales phase to implementation projects of RELEX solution for the customers, by developing advisory on customers’ business process and functional configuration of RELEX software. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep expertise in supply chain optimization and become a trusted advisor for our customers.Key responsibilities and accountabilitiesSupport and lead different aspects of retail and supply chain planning development projects, mainly in the fields of demand forecasting, inventory management, analytics, and retail process developmentGather business requirements from clients, building configurations, and training end-users, steering customers towards adoption of RELEX best practicesCollaborating with customers in meeting their business goalsWork with clients on a consultancy basis to understand and optimize their business processes and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales, reduce costs and maximize the efficiency of in-store operations through optimized product assortments and inventory managementPerform business analysis and problem-solving activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational levelWhat you’ll bring to the table3 to 5 years of work experience in consulting, supply chain management, demand forecasting, inventory management, business analytics or another relevant area in retail / consulting industryExperience in software implementation and ability to gather requirements, carry out process design, training and user testing support, as consultant or as a customer.Excellent academic record in Industrial Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management or other relevant subject expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in Spanish and EnglishAvailability to travelWhat we consider as an advantageExperience in working with a Grocery / CPG / FMCG retailer or supplierExperience in retail processes, store and logistic operationsExperience in pricing and promotional planning or space planning or production planningCapability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders from end users to C-levelEntrepreneurial attitude with an interest towards growing the businessOutstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficientlyKnowledge of Catalan, Italian, French and/or Portuguese languageWhat we offer youAn international career and learning opportunities in a rapidly growing software company;A fun, ambitious, and committed team of smart people to work with;A respectful and professional, yet easy-going atmosphere where individual thinking is encouraged;Responsibilities in challenging projects from day one;A position where you can help retailers fight against food waste.You can apply by sending your resume through the application form as soon as possible.
