JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated early-stage Postdoctoral Researcher to join our research team at the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP).The successful candidate will join the Resistance, Chemotherapy and Predictive Biomarkers (RCPB) Research Group, led by Dr Eva Martinez-Balibrea from the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO) and working within the frameworks of the ProCURE (ICO) and CARE (IGTP) programmes. The group focuses on understanding mechanisms of resistance to cancer therapies (mainly in colorectal cancer) on the identification of predictive biomarkers to improve personalised treatment strategies and on the identification of novel drug targets and therapeutic strategies.The group works in a close collaboration with the Medical Oncology Department of ICO-Badalona, ensuring direct interaction between laboratory research and clinical practice.WHAT WE OFFER Science law Indefinite contract (17/2022) linked to the project.Competitive salary , equivalent to a Sara Borrell contract , adjusted according to experience and distributed in 12 payments.A highly translational research environment with strong clinical integrationEstimated starting date: Q2 2026Flexible
