Job Description MARBELLA PROPERTY CARE SL is looking for a motivated and responsible Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Marbella and surrounding areas. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to coordinate all aspects of property management efficiently. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day property operations, communication with property owners, and supervision of incidents and services. This is a full-time, on-site position with a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate residential properties in Marbella and nearby areas Act as the main point of contact for property owners Supervise maintenance issues, incidents, and service providers Ensure properties are properly maintained and operational Coordinate rentals, leases, and basic property-related documentation Monitor property conditions and report necessary actions Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting and coordination Requirements No prior experience required Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Excellent spoken and written communication skills Availability and flexible working hours Residence in Marbella or nearby areas Basic maintenance knowledge Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation What We Offer Permanent full-time contract On-site position in Marbella Monthly gross salary between 1,400 and 1,800 euros Company vehicle or mileage allowance Company mobile phone Flexible working hours Stable role within a property management company Job Details Category: Other – Not specifiedLevel: EmployeeVacancies: 1Location: Marbella, Málaga, SpainWork Type: On-siteContract Type: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: 1,400 to 1,800 euros gross per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
