Oferta – AI Factory Lead / Arquitecto MLOps & LLMOps (GCP) Proyecto estable | Contrato indefinido | 100% remoto | España Área de Advanced Analytics & AI En Axpe Consulting estamos ampliando nuestro equipo para incorporarte como AI Factory Lead / Arquitecto MLOps & LLMOps en un proyecto enterprise de gran escala dentro del sector retail. Formarás parte de un entorno de alto nivel tecnológico, con fuerte apuesta por la industrialización de IA (clásica + GenAI) y con la oportunidad de influir directamente en el roadmap de la Factoría de IA. Tu misión Liderar la arquitectura de referencia de la plataforma de IA y acelerar el delivery de soluciones de Machine Learning y GenAI en producción, asegurando gobierno, reproducibilidad, observabilidad y seguridad end-to-end. Qué harás Definir y custodiar la arquitectura de referencia para IA clásica y GenAI en GCP. Diseñar pipelines E2E con Vertex AI (ingesta → features → entrenamiento → registro → despliegue → monitoring). Establecer estándares de MLOps / LLMOps: Model Registry, versionado, trazabilidad, CI / CD, IaC, linaje y gobierno. Diseñar serving escalable (Endpoints / Cloud Run) con canary, blue/green y métricas SLO/SLA. Implementar observabilidad integral: drift, performance, costes (FinOps), auditoría y seguridad. Alinear equipos de datos, negocio y operaciones para maximizar el time-to-value. Liderar buenas prácticas de seguridad, privacidad y cumplimiento (GDPR, EU AI Act, IA Responsable). Stack y entorno tecnológico Datos: BigQuery, Dataflow (batch / stream), Pub/Sub, Feature Store. IA / ML: Vertex Workbench, Vertex Pipelines, Model Registry, Experiments, Endpoints / Batch Prediction. Exposición: Cloud Run + API Gateway. GenAI: Vertex AI GenAI, LLM Proxy (LiteLLM o similar), patrones seguros de agents / tool-use. Looker: LookML como semántica y dashboards operacionales. MLOps / IaC: CI / CD (Cloud Build / Jenkins / GitLab), Terraform / Ansible, DVC / MLflow / Vertex Experiments. Lo que buscamos 7–10+ años en Data / ML, con modelos en producción sobre GCP. Dominio sólido de BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub y arquitectura cloud. Experiencia profunda con Vertex AI (Workbench, Pipelines, Feature Store, Experiments, Model Registry). Background fuerte en MLOps y LLMOps avanzado. Experiencia en Cloud Run + API Gateway, patrones de despliegue y observabilidad. Buen nivel de Python y SQL. Conocimientos sólidos de IAM, seguridad, cumplimiento y privacidad. Valorable: Spark / Dataproc, optimización GPU, RAG, graph / RAG, A2A / MCP, casos retail.
