Objetivos Liderar el desarrollo de negocio en el cluster del sur de Europa Desarrollo comercial Italia y España Liderar el desarrollo de negocio en el cluster del sur de Europa (Italia, España y Portugal), con foco en captación de nuevos clientes B2B en el mercado italiano. Este rol es clave para la filial. Su core business se centra en la activación de consumidores a través de campañas digitales, reseñas, contenido en redes sociales y pruebas de producto, especialmente en sectores de gran consumo y farmacéutico OTC. Funciones Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio desde cero (rol 100% hunter). Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, presentación, negociación y cierre. Realizar upselling y cross‑selling sobre clientes existentes. Trabajar directamente con equipos de marketing y activación de campañas. Colaborar con el equipo de Client Service (creatividad, copys, arte) para diseñar propuestas. Contribuir al aumento del ticket medio de venta y a vender planes anuales al cliente. Fidelizar cuentas. Salario competitivo: fijo + variable. Flexibilidad laboral: viernes, julio y agosto intensivos, 1 día extra de vacaciones por año trabajado, festivo por tu cumpleaños y dos adicionales por el convenio. Cultura cercana, equipo multidisciplinar más de 30 personas. Oportunidad de liderar el crecimiento de una filial clave en el grupo. Requisitos mínimos Experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B en el sector marketing digital, activación de consumidores o publicidad. Conocimiento del mercado italiano. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y construir desde cero. Perfil hunter, orientado a resultados y con mentalidad estratégica. Mentalidad emprendedora y hands on.
