This team will provide hands‑on program management when product delivery and integration span organizational boundaries. It also owns and leads programs with global scope for compliance, security, or operations that transcend any single business unit. We create the mechanisms for governance, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group. This includes strategic portfolio management tools for managing dependencies and deliverables, defining the format and cadence of program reviews, and ensuring decisions that maximize the investments of people and resources into things that matter to the company’s customers.Please note that this role is based in Spain. Remote work within Spain is possible; however, you must be based in and legally eligible to work in Spain. Remote work from outside Spain is not possible.ResponsibilitiesLead large‑scale cross‑functional programs through design, development, and market launch across all European OLX classified products.Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across Group and business units to ensure work is aligned with strategic priorities.Prioritize programs, develop deliverable schedules, track external dependencies and commitments, and manage stakeholders.Manage programs to success, determining and mitigating risks, assessing and communicating status, and providing program visibility.Establish and apply a governance framework that works across business units and functional areas for driving decision making.Track program performance using success metrics, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and collaborate to fine‑tune programs as needed.Manage a portfolio of programs using tools and analytics to ensure programs meet business unit and Group goals across OLX.Work closely with the leadership team.Profile & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.5+ years in software program management, including managing significant cross‑functional projects in mid‑size or large companies using industry‑standard software development methodologies.Experience operating at scale, e.g., with teams and products around the world, in fast‑growing consumer markets.Experience working directly with executive teams.High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework for decision making.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Key Partners & StakeholdersEngineering and Product Leaders – daily engagement on program delivery.The TPM team is part of the Global CTO office and regularly collaborates with OLX executive‑level leaders.Business unit leadership – collaboration and governance to ensure programs meet global and business‑unit goals.Executive management team – preparation of quarterly reviews delivered by business‑unit leads.Finance leaders – planning product investments, tracking program costs and ROI.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLXOLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply.
