About the Role BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We're looking for a skilled Team Lead Product Owner to join us and visit our office in Valencia, Spain . Review and approve the work done by the development team: inspect product increment from design to production release verification. Provide effective communication to stakeholders: central communicator between development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication for approval of major decisions. Backlog Refinement: prioritise, enhance, and finalise items with the team before sprint planning. Maintain Requirements: adjust requirements during project lifecycle and reflect changes at appropriate level. Create and maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases: hold accountability for content quality. Participate in OKR planning: work closely with stakeholders and participate in quarterly OKR planning for the product, including estimating achievement. Requirements Experience At least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst). At least 3 years as a Team Lead Product Owner. Product backlog management Product development architecture Scrum and Agile development methodologies User experience principles Coding and designing (nice to have) Communication Skills Proficient in English; Decision Making Use technical, analytical and communications skills to make crucial decisions regarding product success and development. Organisational Skills Establishing and managing processes, adapting them, and leading productive inclusive meetings. Leadership Lead a team, demonstrate effective leadership techniques, mentor and negotiate with team members and wider business. Conflict Resolution Act as mediator to ensure development stays on schedule, resolve disputes, active listening skills.
