We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. ✅ Responsibilities ✔️ Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists. ✔️ Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product. ✔️ Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed. ✔️ Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness. ✔️ Quality control, identifying work process improvements. ✔️ Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe. ✅ Requirements ✔️ Minimum three years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in graphic illustrations and visuals. ✔️ Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of graphic design production. ✔️ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists and graphic designers. ✔️ Attention to visual details. ✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team. ✔️ Communication in English. ✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to: ✔️ 23 working days of vacation per year ✔️ 6 sick days without a doctor's note ✔️ Medical insurance ✔️ Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations ✔️ Modern offices with snacks and all the essentials ✔️ Social Club and more than 50 events per year - coming soon ✔️ Breakfasts and lunches (partially covered) ✔️ Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered) Bold moves start here.
