Your role will be to manage inbound calls from Spain and ensure cases are managed effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking for long term career progression. Description: On a typical day you will be: Answering high volume of calls Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries Documenting all calls within our Salesforce CRM system Researching relevant information for customers using all available resources Seeking and listening to customer feedback Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy Coordinating authorizations for treatment by liaising with 3rd party global providers Booking and amending appointements Assisting with enrolment and claims Important information : Permanent Contract Rotating working hours Starting date: January 12 Office based position (No remote) Location: Madrid, Spain Job profile: Qualifications : You speak English, French and Spanish fluently You have experience working in a customer service role in a contact center or similar environment and managing several cases per day You have Strong telephone and verbal communication skills and active listening skills You are Customer focused and empathetic towards customers You are multi-task and can set priorities and manage time effectively You can work in a fast-paced environment, and you have experience working under pressure You are a good team player Additional Information : Strong opportunities for internal development, particularly in management positions, A dynamic, stimulating, and international work environment where your qualities will be highlighted, Continuous skills growth thanks to a major development plan, An international network of medical and security experts who will support you in your commercial approach and with whom you will develop, Career opportunities in a global company that has been growing rapidly for more than 30 years. #EUROPE
