Your Mission With +1.5 M users and +170 M audio plays, you are crucial to the maintenance, design and scaling of our platform. You have full ownership across all our platform and work closely with our CTO to deliver new features and provide solid tech solutions. Your Responsibilities Implement new features across all our stack, from the backend to the frontend (Elixir, Ruby, TypeScript + (React|Next.js), with high 90 % coverage on all projects). Maintain, design and scale our platform (AWS, EKS, Netlify). Work closely with Marketing and Product squads to support business goals. Role Specific Requirements You have 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally within a startup / high‑growth setup.
