We want individuals who will go the extra mile and make great things happen.Being part of this team does not mean you are just working for a company, but for a causeNeuraxpharm is looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist IB based in Barcelona, SpainYour mission:Establish commercial excellence standards and organization in the International Business Cluster to improve performance of SF, measure results consistently and identify areas of improvement.Your major accountabilities:Insights & Analytics:Apply and own Corporate Commercial Excellence standards for commercial analytics and insights (KPIs, targets, data sources, frequency) in the IB affiliates (MX, BR, AU, Middle East, and future), and distribution promoted business.Define and manage unique KPIs and data sources specific to the IB affiliates.Conduct analysis and generate commercial insights on most critical business items and launches from an IB cluster perspective.Measure promotion effectiveness of the omnichannel strategy i.e., linking input and impact across the full commercial funnel.Standard setting on SF activities data management, dashboards & BI systems:Assure an optimized data landscape, tools and systems (CRM and Tableau).Assure quality of reporting and analytics in the IB countries.Assure an optimal SF structure, sizing and territory distribution.Develop and maintain specific local dashboards in Tableau, while assuring the adoption of the Corporate dashboards without overlapping.Support Tableau roll-out in the IB cluster.Manage relationships with key data vendors (e.g. IQVIA), leading the negotiations for OneKey Data, local Market Data and others for the IB countries.Lead the incentives plan setting, calculations and communications in the IB countries.Lead the onboarding of new commercial employees in the IB countries regarding the Global Commercial Excellence Framework (training on systems, SFE Playbook and key areas).Support of performance dialogue and sharing of best practices:Support decision-making and be sparring partner for the ‘Head of International Business’ and IB Countries Heads, by helping to steer commercial function and actively highlighting improvement areas.Ensure close cross-functional and cross-country collaboration with Corporate Commercial Excellence and local Commercial and Analytics leads, Finance, Supply Chain, among others.Ensure Commercial Excellence standards and results are achieved within distribution partners where products are promoted, by proactively highlighting improvement areas to the partner and communicating accordingly to the Head of International Business and Area Managers.Share best practices across organization.We would like you to have:+1-3 years of experience in commercial and/or analytics field.Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree with specialization either in Business Administration or related field / Biotechnology, pharmacy or any life-sciences related‑field.Prior experience in pharmaceutical or med‑tech company within a commercial / analytical department.Proven track record in executing data, analytics, and business intelligence strategies to enable stronger performance management. Advanced level analytical/Excel skills and knowledge on data management, architecture and setup of data bases.Experience on hands‑on analytics in at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI and/or Excel data models and macros.Experience on at least one of the following CRMs, as Tier 1 / backoffice support: VeevaCRM and/or OCE.Fluent in English and Spanish.ABOUT USNeuraxpharm is a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of the central nervous system (CNS), including both psychiatric and neurological disorders.
