Are you looking for a project where, as a Payroll / Labour Technician , you can truly grow, work alongside top-tier professionals, and develop your career in an international environment that genuinely drives your professional development?If you want to join a firm that values talent, rewards technical excellence, and offers a clear and well-structured career path , this opportunity could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.Our client is a global professional services firm , recognised for its people-centred approach, technical excellence, and its ability to support fast-growing companies.And here, you won’t be “just another employee”:You’ll work with highly skilled professionalsOn projects with real impactIn a collaborative environment where your voice mattersAnd where your development is a true priority — not just a sloganA place where you can evolve, learn, and be part of a team that combines approachability, expertise, and an international outlook.What will you do in this role?You will join the French Desk , acting as a key point of contact for international clients — including French, Dutch, English and other foreign profiles — and managing:✨ The full payroll and labour cycle (including variables, bonuses, expatriates/impatriates and international mobility)✨ Preparation and filing of Social Security settlements (RNT/RLC)✨ Drafting of employment contracts, extensions, addenda, settlements and terminations✨ Application and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements in multi-agreement environments✨ Advanced labour advisory services, with frequent communication in English.✨ Filing of tax forms 111 and 190✨ Preparation of documentation for labour inspections, audits and due diligence processes✨ Labour management of foreign employees✨ Technical support and mentoring of junior profilesWho are we looking for?Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law, Law or similarSolid experience in a consultancy, professional services firm or in-house labour departmentProficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll softwareExperience working with international clientsHigh level of English is essential.A technical, autonomous and analytical profile with strong attention to detailWhat does this opportunity offer?Permanent contract and long-term stability from day oneA truly hybrid model: up to 3 days of remote work per weekFlexible working hoursCompetitive salary: €35,000–€40,000 gross/year , depending on experienceInternational environment with real exposure to global clientsContinuous training and genuine professional development opportunitiesA culture built on collaboration, trust and work-life balanceA project where you can contribute, grow and make an impactInterested?
