Empresas: Meliá Hotels InternationalMisión del puesto El Credit Control Technician tiene como objetivo garantizar el control, seguimiento y gestión eficiente de los créditos internacionales de la compañía. Su labor contribuye directamente a la salud financiera de los hoteles, previniendo impagos, optimizando los plazos de cobro y colaborando con distintos departamentos para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión de deuda. Qué tendrás que hacer? Análisis y control de saldos pendientes : Revisar informes semanales, consolidar información de deuda y detectar incidencias que puedan afectar al cobro. Gestión y reclamación de cobros : Enviar estados de cuenta, realizar reclamaciones y seguimiento proactivo con los deudores, actuando como enlace entre hotel y cliente. Supervisión de aplicación de cobros : Verificar pagos recibidos, coordinar ajustes contables y asegurar la correcta imputación de cobros. Gestión de cuentas corporativas : Intermediar entre agencias de viajes y hoteles, facilitando la conciliación de cuentas con grandes clientes. Apoyo en reclamaciones de hoteles : Asistir en incidencias puntuales de cobro, colaborando con agencias y tour operadores. Consolidación de riesgos y soporte financiero : Elaborar reportes de riesgo, preparar previsiones de cobro y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos financieros. Qué buscamos? Experiencia : Experiencia previa en gestión de cobros, análisis financiero o control de crédito. Conocimientos técnicos : Manejo de herramientas de reporting y gestión contable. Conocimiento del sector hotelero y de agencias de viajes. Habilidades : Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados. Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interdepartamentales. Organización, planificación y proactividad. Idiomas : Español fluido. Inglés valorable. Perfil ideal : Profesional metódico, resolutivo y con capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y colaborativos. Requisitos :
