Overview M SAN GRUPA is the leading distributor of air conditioners and heat pumps in the region. We are proud of our home brand VIVAX and its development is of great importance. Since 2004, we've expanded to offer hundreds of products across five categories: Air Conditioning , TV and Audio Devices, Small Household Appliances, Home Appliances, and Smart Devices. We already have our sales team in Spain but we need a motivated person for the accounting support.If you are experienced in handling all company accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial statements, transaction monitoring and compliance with regulations, and you are looking for new opportunities to further develop your career, we want you in our teamWe’re currently hiring on the position:Accounting Manager (m/f) - SpainThis hands-on role requires independence, initiative and daily involvement in financial processes. You manage salaries, allowances, travel orders, contributions, work hour records and submit required reports to state institutions.Join us if you want to :Be engaged with defining and improving accounting policies in line with business needs.Represent the company before auditors, tax authorities, and state institutions.Prepare annual work plans and supervise employees to achieve goals.Set performance indicators, monitor results, and improve efficiency.Manage reporting processes and ensure timely preparation of financial reports (monthly, periodic, annual, consolidated) in line with regulations.Monitor accounting and tax legislation and provide guidance for compliance.Coordinate with auditors and authorities; consult within area of expertise.Support harmonisation of accounting functions across the group.Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations.It would be great if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 7+ years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of local accounting, tax, and financial regulations (mandatory submission of all legal reports; i.e. 347, 349, VAT, PD), SAP experience mandatory.Proven track record of delivering quality results on time; ability to make data-driven decisions.Possibility to currently be a standalone person, this is a hands-on role with a high level of operational involvement, with the expectation that, if the business grows, you will take on responsibility for leading and mentoring a future teamHands-on professional, adaptable, responsible, open to feedback, and strong in teamwork.Excellent organisational and people development skills, with potential to build and mentor a future team.Skilled in MS Office; experience in distribution industry is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; fluent in English.Category B driving license.Location Location: SpainWe offer the opportunity for career development and the achievement of successful results in a business environment that is constantly changing and adapting to market conditions, and the possibility of further progress with the personal and professional development.Please note that we will take in consideration only applications that include a CV in English.
