About the ProjectWe are developing an AI chatbot system for a leading U.S. manufacturer of energy‑efficient infrared heating systems. The chatbot assists customers and distributors by answering technical questions about product installation and maintenance. It retrieves accurate information from the company’s documentation, manuals and FAQs to provide clear, up‑to‑date responses in natural language.
