Descripción de la oferta Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Data Science & Big Data Analytics un Data Scientist & Machine Learning Engineer motivado y con experiencia en Machine Learning aplicado. Participarás en proyectos de innovación tecnológica, usando algoritmos de predicción de series temporales, procesos estocásticos, machine learning clásico, procesamiento de lenguaje natural, deep learning y sistemas de recomendación. Trabajarás con organizaciones de sectores como cultural, legal, digital media, impacto social y digitalización, y tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar investigación aplicada y participar en publicaciones científicas. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en métodos de forecasting, análisis de series temporales y procesos estocásticos. Se valorará conocimientos en NLP, IA generativa, sistemas recomendadores y aprendizaje por refuerzo. Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones técnicas según las necesidades de los proyectos. Escribir código limpio, eficiente y documentado. Investigar técnicas innovadoras en inteligencia artificial. Participar en propuestas de proyectos de I+D, desde requerimientos hasta planificación y redacción. Redactar documentación técnica y artículos científicos. Formación en machine learning e inteligencia artificial. Idiomas: catalán, castellano e inglés. Horario flexible, esquema híbrido, jornada intensiva los viernes y horario de verano. Ubicación en Barcelona. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en machine learning aplicado, especialmente forecasting, análisis de series temporales y procesos estocásticos. Experiencia en análisis de datos, limpieza, preprocesamiento y visualización. Conocimiento en Python y librerías como scikit-learn, PyTorch o tensorflow, statsmodels, entre otras. Capacidad de conceptualizar, diseñar y comunicar soluciones. Experiencia con control de versiones (Git). Idiomas: alto nivel en catalán y/o castellano y buen nivel de inglés. Se valorará: Conocimientos en NLP: word-embeddings, búsquedas semánticas, NER, LLMs, RAG. Conocimientos en sistemas recomendadores: content-based, collaborative filtering, Factorization Machines. Conocimientos en reinforcement learning: Q-Learning, simulaciones de Monte Carlo. Experiencia en proyectos en movilidad. Doctorado en Ciencia de Datos o Aprendizaje Automático. Participación en publicaciones y conferencias internacionales. Experiencia con Docker y sistemas Linux. #J-18808-Ljbffr
