About the job Solution Specialist - Flemish Speaker (P) Are you passionate about technology, cloud solutions, and helping customers succeed? Join our team as a Solution Specialist , where youll be at the forefront of driving innovation, delivering expert insights, and creating exceptional customer experiences.What You´ll Do: As a Solution Specialist, you will:Drive new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with your teamDeliver technical product overviews and tailored insights aligned with customer needs and scenariosShare innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud and enhance technical acumenAudit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculationsDemonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via TeamsServe as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customersConduct both group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on your areas of expertiseStay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud capabilities, Microsoft solutions, and competitor offeringsWho You Are: We celebrate game-changerscurious, talented individuals who go above and beyond to customers. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and your natural ability to support others shines through.What Wer´e Looking For:Fluent or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English3 -6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business developmentMinimum Fundamentals certification (required), L200 certification (preferred)Strong knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutionsUnderstanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)Experience with cloud deployment, adoption planning, and management of productivity, collaboration, and communication solutionsProven track record of achieving goals and delivering outstanding performanceExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenNice-to-Haves:Experience in technical sales or presales environmentsBackground in computer science, mathematics, or engineeringMasters degree with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineeringWhat´s in It for You: We challenge conventions and create customer experiences that go beyond.
