Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization.Job Description :The main mission of the Campus Department is to contribute to early-stage career recruitment talents through strategic actions and partnerships with universities, business, and engineering schools, as well as entrepreneurial organizations and associations (e.g., Junior Enterprises).As a Senior Campus Coordinator, you will be in charge of coordinating the French campus activities and contribute to the campus acceleration strategy for Mantu.This role is a strategic step in the Campus career path, with strong exposure to transformation, leadership, and international scaling.You will be in charge of reaching the hiring objective of 100 juniors (interns, apprenticeship, VIE, first UDC) in 2026 with your team and of coordinating the French Campus activities in close collaboration with the employer branding and the Regional Vice President teams.Your Missions :Campus Strategy execution & Student Funnel ManagementDeploy, and continuously optimize the end-to-end student funnel.Prioritize schools, initiatives, and events with the highest ROI.Ensure achievement of campus-driven recruitment targets.Drive overall performance through KPIs and reporting.Campus Team Management & CoordinationManage 3 Campus CoordinatorsCoordinate with the Recruitment teams to ensure CV quality and smooth processing.Supervise the campus coordinator in charge of the Mantu Manager Program.Coach teams, drive weekly managementSchool Relations & Partner EcosystemDirectly manage strategic schools and key partnerships to reach the hiring objectiveRepresent the Group with schools, Junior Enterprises, and student ecosystems.Develop long-term partnerships aligned with business priorities.Marketing, Employer Branding & RecruitmentDeploy the Group’s campus visibility and employer branding & people value proposition activation strategies.Work closely with Marketing, Communication, and Recruitment teams to launch digital campus actions.Ensure consistency of the people value proposition and candidate experience.Cross-Functional Projects & TransformationActively contribute to the Group’s transformation program.Industrialize the Campus model (processes, tools, KPIs, templates) to enable international rollout following the Campus Manager’s roadmap.Launch high-impact Campus initiatives (new formats, automation, partnerships).Act as the Campus relay to the board and internal stakeholders.Work with internal IT teams to improve our tools.Your Profile :Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or business-oriented roles (2–3 years).First experience in team management and KPI-driven performance is a strong plus.Good understanding of the French higher education ecosystem (universities, business & engineering schools).French and English fluent.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Results-driven, data-oriented, and business-minded.Ability to build strong networks and long-term partnerships.Experience with generative AI tools.Academic background in a relevant field.What We Offer :An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)Strong commitments to CSR notably through participation in our WeCare Together program.We are an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to promoting diversity within the workforce.
