Our headquarters are located in the city centre of Barcelona, and we have warehouses in various areas of Spain and Portugal.About The JobIn Finance, we are mainly in charge of administrative tasks that support business operations and provide economic insights for ensuring the best resource allocation for high performance and growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a robust database of customer and supplier tariffs, ensuring accuracy and traceability of commercial terms and conditions.Perform the calculations to issue invoices to customers and validate invoices from suppliers.Own and develop a pricing engine software to scale admin operations. Monitor and update pricing structures regularly, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.Contribute to margin calculation processes (daily, weekly, monthly), with special focus on the impact of pricing agreements and tariff structures.Own the tariff‑related accruals and ensure alignment with the payables accounting cycle.Support contract negotiation processes by providing financial insight on pricing terms and their operational impact.Perform regular variance analysis on margins and tariff application, identifying key deviations and proposing corrective actions.Collaborate in projects aimed at automating and scaling the pricing and controlling processes.Act as a point of contact for tariff and pricing‑related queries from operations, procurement, and finance teams.Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate validation of supplier tariffs related to logistics operations.About YouBachelor’s degree.5+ year experience in similar roles, ideally within fast‑growth companies with international presence.Excel skills should be very high.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Qlik Sense, Macros and basic SQL will be much appreciated.Fluent level of English.Communication, people management skills and experience with multicultural profiles and cross‑cultural management.Optimistic and positive feedback addicted.Great social skills, empathy and comprehension.Highly motivated and results driven person.Proactive and problem‑solver.Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.Enthusiasm and great work capacity.Why PaackGood working environment, where you will be able to meet great professionals in the sector who will help you grow professionally.Dynamic and proactive culture with a great collaborative spirit.Place where you can continuously develop your career.Flexible working hours.Hybrid remote possibility, where it's you who decides whether to go to the office or work from home, anytime.
