Masters Camp Teacher (Language Instructor)Sotogrande International School is seeking a dynamic and passionate teacher to lead summer camp language classes for approximately 10 children each day. The role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons in English, Spanish or French, and supporting the overall camp experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct up to 3 hours of language instruction daily.Create a positive, engaging learning environment.Assess and track camper progress throughout the camp.Promote camp spirit and teamwork.Supervise snack time and assist with snack‑time logistics.Provide end‑of‑camp reports to management.Ensure the safety and well‑being of all campers during class.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a motivated, energetic individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and who enjoys working with children.Qualifications / RequirementsTEFL qualification or a standard teaching qualification with experience working with foreign‑language learners.C2 level of English or Spanish (or equivalent); native speaker of the language taught is preferred.Knowledge / SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate and fairly manage children.Strong oral and written communication, including persuasion and negotiation.Ability to handle conflicting priorities under pressure.High energy, youthful yet responsible outlook on life and work.Safeguarding StatementInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
