We offer As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following functions: Deal with inquiries from domestic and international customers through phone calls, emails, or other platforms. Provide information about the products and services that the company offers. Process customer orders in the system, ensuring accurate entry. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the delivery of the requested products and services, as well as the resolution of any incident. Order tracking, deliveries, invoicing and after-sales service Feed the customer database Management of orders to suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels, as well as inventory management. Preparation/issuance and sending of documentation for export, delivery notes, packing lists, product certificates and EUR1 for international sales. Transport management and coordination.
