Buscamos un / a Site Manager con sólido perfil técnico y experiencia en campo , que sea responsable de garantizar la ejecución segura, eficiente y con los más altos estándares de calidad, contribuyendo al éxito de proyectos icónicos en el sector. Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las etapas de construcción y montaje de estructuras metálicas en obra. Gestionar el equipo de obra : supervisores, técnicos y subcontratistas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos, costos, normas de seguridad y estándares de calidad. Monitorear avances y elaborar reportes de progreso y control de presupuesto. Realizar y verificar mediciones en obra para control de cantidades, avances físicos y certificaciones de trabajo ejecutado. Liderar la implementación de buenas prácticas en seguridad industrial (HSE). Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, Industrial o similar. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en montaje de estructuras metálicas o obras de construcción de gran envergadura. Amplio conocimiento en normas de seguridad industrial y buenas prácticas de construcción.
