Supervisor Statutory Accounting

POSITION SUMMARY Assist and support Associate Director Statutory & Tax and ATC Audit Manager in all statutory and tax requirement related to the day-to-day activity of the Spanish legal entities, as well as in audit and corporate Income Tax (CIT) planning and execution. Responsible for direct supervision and support of the statutory team accounting clerks to ensure overall Statutory tasks and goals are completed and met including coaching, training, monitoring and review of work performed. Ensure guidance and instructions from Associate Director Statutory & Tax and ATC Audit Manager are followed. Identify and highlight potential tax, statutory and operational risks to the Associate Director Statutory & Tax and ATC Audit Manager as well as train the statutory accounting clerks to identify any issues. This position will be responsible for general tax compliance (except vat) and the review of accounting records under Spanish GAAP for the Spanish entities, ensuring that all critical tasks are completed within the established deadlines.
