Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.As part of the Telesales department your main tasks will be the following:-Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely and accurate communication.-Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.-Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.-Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer approach.-Provide an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.Native French and Flemish + Nice to have other European languages.- The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.- The agent should also have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.-100% remote work if you live outside the Community of Madrid (excluding the islands), or hybrid model (approx. 8 office days/month) if you're based within the Community of Madrid after the training and onboarding period.-Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours/week).-Attractive and achievable performance-based incentives.-Telework equipment provided (laptop, headset, HDMI/USB adapter).-Private health insurance fully covered by the company after one year of employment.-Access to training sessions and wellbeing activities, both online (via Teams) and onsite.-Free Employee Assistance Program (counseling, social resources, mental health, financial advice, etc.).-€130/month reimbursed in your paycheck (in arrears) for home office material if needed.-Free coffee and fruit available in the office.
