En BBVA estamos buscando sumar al equipo de Corporate Security un/a Especialista en Seguridad de la Información y Protección de Datos , que contribuya al liderazgo y ejecución de programas estratégicos en la disciplina de Information and Data Security. Responsabilidades Colaborar con el CISO, el responsable local de Seguridad de Personas y Datos, y el responsable de Seguridad en Data local y global. Participar en el desarrollo de políticas, estándares y procesos para la protección de datos en todos los entornos (data centers, workplace, terceros) y durante todo su ciclo de vida. Integrarse en un entorno global y multidisciplinario, trabajando con equipos de Arquitectura de Seguridad, Infraestructura & Operaciones, Sistemas y Corporate Security. Asegurar que las medidas de seguridad se diseñen, implementen y mantengan operativas y actualizadas, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos operacionales y KPIs de la disciplina. Colaborar con las áreas de Data, Servicios Jurídicos y Cumplimiento (DPO) para garantizar la integración de la seguridad y el cumplimiento regulatorio en procesos operativos. Ejercer como product owner de líneas de acción específicas dentro del programa local de Seguridad de Datos. Participar en el proceso de admisión de riesgo de Ingeniería, evaluando iniciativas de negocio y tecnología con foco en la protección de datos. Impulsar acciones de concientización y capacitación en materia de seguridad y protección de datos. Requisitos Experiencia previa en roles vinculados a seguridad de la información, protección de datos o gestión de riesgos tecnológicos (+5 años excluyente) Conocimiento de normativas y estándares de seguridad (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). Capacidad para trabajar en entornos colaborativos, multidisciplinarios y globales. Experiencia previa en este punto es excluyente. Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión de proyectos. Inglés intermedio/avanzado (excluyente). Habilidades Pensamiento estratégico y visión integral de la seguridad. Proactividad y orientación a resultados. Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle. Adaptabilidad a contextos dinámicos. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva. Compromiso con la ética y la privacidad.
