Job Title: Hungarian Outbound Sales Representative (Onsite/Hybrid) – Barcelona Location: Barcelona, Spain Job Type: Full-time Work Model: Onsite & Hybrid options available About the Role: We're looking for a motivated, Hungarian-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will proactively connect with potential customers in the Hungarian market to promote products or services, build strong client relationships, and help drive business growth. If you're a persuasive communicator who enjoys hitting targets and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, this opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to Hungarian-speaking prospects and leads Identify customer needs and match them with the right product or service solutions Manage and nurture your own sales pipeline Follow up on marketing campaigns and warm leads Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes using CRM tools Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize processes What We're Looking For: Native-level Hungarian speaker (C2) – spoken and written Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a strong plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure Comfortable working with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Team player who can also thrive independently EU work permit or valid visa to work in Spain What We Offer: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Hybrid working model after training Relocation support package (if needed) Private health insurance Extensive training and ongoing development Clear growth path within a global sales organization Dynamic and diverse office culture in the heart of Barcelona Team events, performance incentives, and wellness perks Working Hours: Full-time: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, business hours (Hungarian time zone alignment may apply)
