Be part of a company that is shaping the future of medical software Position Technical Lead Embedded Software (m / f / d) Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and development of software for medical devices Coordinate and mentor a team of software engineers Collaborate with hardware, QA, regulatory and industrial design teams Participate in code reviews, risk analyses, and architecture evaluations Manage technical project planning: estimates, priorities, risks, milestones, and deliverables Ensure software quality through the implementation of testing and automation practices Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles Experience developing software for safety‑critical and regulated environments Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and component‑based design Experience with testing frameworks, CI / CD, and agile methodologies Familiarity with regulated software lifecycles and technical documentation management Benefits A hybrid work model which allows you to work up to 60 percent from your home workplace.
