Sales & Marketing Consultant (German-speaking) Hybrid role, Barcelona, Spain Mon - Fri | 8:00 - 17:00 Are you a German-speaking professional ready to make an impact in the world of digital marketing?Join our international team in Barcelona and help businesses grow through data-driven advertising strategies. As a Sales & Marketing Consultant, you'll advise clients, optimize PPC campaigns, and strengthen long-term relationships in the German market. What You'll Do Onboard and guide new clients through the digital advertising journey. Design and optimize PPC campaigns with measurable results. Promote services via outbound calls and identify upselling opportunities. Analyse data to drive performance and manage client interactions using CRM tools. Leverage AI-driven insights to improve outreach and client engagement. What Were Looking For Fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English. Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business). Around 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with German business culture and GDPR compliance A proactive attitude, curiosity, and passion for digital marketing.
