You will work with some of the most demanding customers in the world and collaborate with our global colleagues. You will also use 3D design tools to deliver detailed and high-quality solutions for our MCF projects.Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage scope-of-work, design budget and contract documents for each project;Follow and update design delivery schedule and distribute workload within team;Coordinate and optimize design with multi-disciplinary team and external parties;Lead and challenge design solutions and changes;Create and communicate innovative ideas and designs to client and team.You will work within a multidisciplinary team where your work will be cross borders, native and home based. Joining our Spanish branch, you become part of a passionate team internationally recognized for delivering top-tier data centre design and engineering solutions.Click here for some examples of our projects.What you bring You are an entrepreneurial, result oriented, proactive individual with a positive flexible and problem-solving attitude. Besides that, you are:holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;having over 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects, preferably in data centres or other relevant sectors;showing an affinity with digital and automated design and engineering processes (BIM360, CDE);possessing good knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry, and a good understanding of the daily (operational) business of clients;demonstrating excellent communication skills towards colleagues and clients, and is fluent in English. Spanish is also preferable, Dutch and/ or German would be a plus.You will be based in Málaga, being part of, and contributing to, our Málaga office.
