We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Architect SAP to spearhead our cloud ERP strategy, roadmap development, and business and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP technologies, cloud architectures, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. Responsibilities Develop and deliver the architecture strategy for our cloud ERP implementation, aligning with overall business objectives and IT strategy. Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive business, information, technical, and solution architecture requirements for our cloud ERP system. Design technical services, platforms, and technologies to meet organizational requirements and user needs in the context of cloud ERP. Create and maintain a comprehensive cloud ERP strategy roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and activities for successful implementation. Provide technical consultation to business partners and IT management to deliver efficient application systems within the SAP ecosystem. Oversee the documentation of all architecture design and analysis work in the SAP domain, with a focus on cloud ERP solutions. Facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software technology standards for our cloud ERP implementation. Mentor and collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop technology architecture that enables new business capabilities and operating models. Incorporate domain standards, practices, and roadmaps into the enterprise architecture, communicating them effectively to stakeholders. Lead domain visioning roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the enterprise and SAP domain. Qualifications Extensive experience in SAP architecture, with a focus on S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of SAP products, including SAP ERP, BTP, Integration Suite. Proven experience in developing and implementing S/4 HANA strategy and roadmaps. Excellent understanding of CRM and FSM and their integration with SAP systems. Ability to analyze technology, industry, and market trends, determining their potential impact on the organization. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide architecture teams. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for large-scale ERP implementations. Proficiency in creating detailed ERP strategy playbooks and implementation plans. You have a dynamic personality and you are confident in ambiguous situations. You are a fast learner and self-managed to challenge the status quo. Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2).
