If you thrive on data and digital transformation, this role is designed for you.Key Responsibilities Be part of the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team, a new team of 40+ FTE that will be pivotal in the Ice Cream Company’s ambition to be a Digital First company.Act as the project manager for all digital developments in SC SSHE. Collaborate with Make Tech and be responsible for project management and, in some cases, execution of digital developments in SSHE.Assess development requests from the SC business using knowledge of SC SSHE and IT (data availability, data lake structure, solution integration, current project pipeline, D&A capabilities) to determine feasibility.Collaborate with Make Tech, SC business colleagues, and IT to build business cases for suitable projects.Lead projects from business case to Tech Design Board, interdisciplinary team setup, and execution. When needed, apply data engineering skills to build solutions that meet SC SSHE needs to ensure fastest turnaround.Help identify, migrate, and rebuild existing SC SSHE systems as part of the transition to a standalone company; collaborate with the Reporting team to migrate and rebuild SC SSHE reports.Identify local SC SSHE tools and evaluate replacement with global tools as part of the “Global First, Local by Exception” digital agenda.Maintain end-to-end knowledge of SC SSHE technology and collaborate with business and Excellence teams to continuously improve SC SSHE capabilities.Serve as the face to the business for all SC SSHE Tech requests.Help establish a strong identity for the DSC Make Tech team and position it as the go-to for all Make technology requests within SC.Skills & What You Need to Succeed Ability to execute strategic goals, aligning them with business objectives.Excellent communication skills to liaise between IT, SC business, and SC leadership.Proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.Strong knowledge of SC SSHE, data lake structures, basic data engineering, and general supply chain knowledge to ensure efficient project throughput.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain reporting processes.Proficient in recommending and partnering with data analytics to build predictive capabilities in Safety.Ability to thrive in a team environment.Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information technology, data science, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain SSHE role.Proven experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale digital projects and cross-functional teams.Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends (e.g., AI, IoT).We take pleasure seriously.
