The goal is to build a unified, scalable ads platform. We are transforming a long-standing business application into a modern technology stack. Our goal is to build a modular monolith designed for scalability and future microservices separation. We follow hexagonal architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure clean, maintainable solutions.This is youA Middle Java Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experienceStrong knowledge of JVM technologies, including modern Java and modern KotlinExperience in AdTech, ideally with DSP (Demand‑Side Platform) developmentGood communication skills and a proactive approach English level: Upper‑IntermediateNice‑to‑have skillsPrevious experience working with high‑load systemsUnderstanding of system design principlesFamiliarity with cloud platformsExperience collaborating with Senior, Principal Engineers, or ArchitectsAbility to work in fast‑paced and dynamic environmentsThis is your roleContribute to the development and optimization of AdTech solutionsWork with modern Java / Kotlin within JVM‑based architecturesCollaborate closely with senior engineers, tech leads, and architectsParticipate in technical discussions, propose solutions, and improve system performanceEnsure high‑quality code delivery and follow best engineering practicesAt Avenga, everyone matters.
