This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career teacher or a practitioner seeking high-quality induction support within a well-established and supportive school environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver engaging well-structured lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.Assess, monitor and support pupil progress providing meaningful feedback and reporting.Work collaboratively with year-group teams and contribute to wider school life.Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.Engage in professional development as part of the school's induction and mentoring programme.Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues and parents.Uphold the school's values and commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Holds a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS or equivalent).Has experience working with primary-aged pupils (placement or post-qualification).Demonstrates strong classroom management and a reflective, growth-oriented approach to teaching.Shows enthusiasm, flexibility and a commitment to child-centred learning.Is eager to learn and develop professionally within a structured induction environment.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in an international or British curriculum school is advantageous but not essential.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
