You will develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our mission, values, and business goals, ensuring Allianz Technology is recognized as an employer of choice in the industry.What You DoDevelop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with Allianz Technology’s mission, values, and business goals, while creating compelling content that highlights company culture, values, and employee experiences.Manage and optimize Allianz Technology’s presence on career pages and social platforms, including LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and branding in collaboration with People & Culture and Communications teams.Organize and participate in employer branding events such as career fairs, industry conferences, and campus recruitment activities to enhance visibility and engagement.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employer branding, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by promoting an inclusive workplace culture.Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, optimizing strategies through data-driven recommendations and insights.Foster strong relationships with current employees to encourage engagement and advocacy, leveraging their stories and experiences to attract new talent.Be responsible for data analytics, reporting and insights to assess the return and success of advertising, campaigns and sourcing mix.What You Bring7+ years of proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or related fields, demonstrating a strong track record of success and innovation.Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, honed through years of practical application and strategic planning.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, developed and refined over years of engaging diverse audiences and crafting compelling narratives.Extensive experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and across various countries, navigating complex organizational structures and cultural differences.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, supported by years of experience in data‑driven marketing and strategic analysis.Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, evidenced by active involvement in initiatives and programs that foster a more inclusive workplace.Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.What We OfferWe offer a hybrid work model which recognises the value of striking a balance between in‑person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad.Our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares programme and multiple employee discounts.From career development and digital learning programmes to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support balancing family and career and help people return from career breaks.About Allianz TechnologyWith its headquarters in Munich, Germany, Allianz Technology is Allianz’s global IT service provider and delivers IT solutions that drive the group’s digitalisation.
