Celebrate the essence of Mallorca through bespoke experiences, dynamic culinary journeys, and rejuvenating wellness - each designed to immerse you in the island’s vibrant atmosphere and extraordinary offerings.ResponsibilitiesAsSecuritySupervisor, you willberesponsibleforthe following duties:Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard hotel property and individuals (guests and staff).Oversee compliance with Fire, Life, Health, and Safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.Manage emergency response efforts, including fire drills, evacuations, and first aid training for all staff.Lead and manage the security team, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and prepared for all security-related situations.Address and resolve security concerns regarding both guests and associates, ensuring their safety and well-being.Manage surveillance equipment and systems to monitor for and prevent potential security breaches.Record, investigate, and analyze security incidents, accidents, or breaches, providing recommendations to improve procedures.Work with departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure effective coordination of security efforts across the hotel.Create and implement security training programs for hotel associates, ensuring familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response procedures.Experience and EducationAsSecuritySupervisor, we expect from you:Previous security experience in Luxury Hotels/Resorts preferred.Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field will be a plus.Certification in security management or law enforcement training is highly preferred.Technical SkillsProficient in using and managing security systems such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.Skilled in leading and coordinating emergency response efforts during incidents such as fires or evacuations.Well‑versed in local and international safety laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.Ability to manage and oversee secure access to facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.Our Commitment to YouLearning & Development.
