Unleash your Limitless Potential in an Electrifying Environment that will Transcend your Career to New Heights What We’re Looking For A Minimum of 3 years of Experience in a Maintenance Leadership Role in a Luxury Hotel or Lifestyle environment. Brings 6 to 8 Years of Demonstrated Success in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering within the Hospitality Industry, with a Proven Ability to lead with Precision and Impact. Possesses Strong Technical Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil Systems, with a Keen Eye for operational Precision and Safety. Demonstrates Hands-On experience with Advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy-Saving Technologies that Optimise Performance and Reduce Environmental Impact. Understands and Applies Occupational Safety Protocols, including PPE, Lockout-Tagout Procedures, Ladder Safety and Electrical Tool Handling, in line with Industry Best Practice. Operates a Diverse Range of Power Tools with Confidence and Technical Accuracy, including drills, band saws, SAWZALLs and drain rodding equipment. Possesses Functional Expertise in Electrical Systems (120V and 220V), including the use of Multimeters, Amp Probes and other Diagnostic Tools. Demonstrates proficiency in Plumbing and Piping Installations using copper, PVC and steel fittings, with Hands-On experience operating pipe threaders, brazing torches and cutters. Applies Strong Technical Aptitude in Trade Mathematics and Communication, supporting Bespoke maintenance delivery and engineering execution. Reads and Interprets blueprints, technical Drawings and manufacturer instructions with Confidence and Precision. Works Autonomously to identify and resolve Technical Issues, prioritising efficiency, Guest Safety and Operational continuity. Maintains Robust physical endurance to perform physical tasks, including Heavy Lifting, Long-Distance Movement and Prolonged Standing as required On-Site. Exhibits Limitless Leadership, Meticulous Planning and Effective Crisis Management in High-Energy operational environments. Has a Solid Understanding of Local Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Regulations and Compliance Standards relevant to Spain. Flexibility to Work a Range of Shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, in Line with the Dynamic Needs of The Pacha Group’s High-Energy Operations. Impeccable Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional Languages are a definite Plus. Holds the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations. Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties Will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards. Key Responsibilities Supervises and Coordinates the daily operations of the Engineering Team, including Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers and HVAC Specialists, ensuring Seamless Service and Operational Precision. Develops and Implements comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Schedules across All Building Systems, Guest-Facing areas, Plant Equipment and Back-of-House zones. Leads Health, Safety and Fire Safety Protocols, including System Testing, Emergency Response Procedures and Regular Team Training, in Line with Spanish Regulatory Standards. Oversees Energy Use, Sustainability Practices and Utility Efficiency, supporting The Pacha Group’s Vision for Responsible and Eco-Conscious operations. Participates in Budgeting and Capital Planning for Engineering Projects, delivering Cost-Conscious solutions without compromising quality. Drives Pre-Season and Post-Season readiness across the property, guaranteeing smooth Operational Transitions year-round. Liaises with External Vendors and Contractors to coordinate Specialist Repairs, Compliance Inspections and Ongoing Project Works. Maintains detailed Maintenance Logs, Technical Reports and Compliance Documentation in accordance with Local Regulations and Brand Standards.
