LATAM Legal Counsel

We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our international In-House Legal Team, supporting Fever's fast-growing operations across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Lead Counsel LATAM, you will play a key role in enabling Fever's continued regional expansion in LATAM. As LATAM Legal Counsel, you will provide proactive, business-oriented legal support across a wide range of matters — from commercial contracts and corporate governance to regulatory and compliance issues. You'll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Originals and Operations to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal guidance that supports Fever's continued growth across the region. About the Role: Provide legal support across LATAM on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and enabling business growth. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus). Advise on corporate governance, entity management, and local legal requirements across LATAM jurisdictions. Partner with internal teams (Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Operations, etc.) to provide clear, actionable legal advice. Coordinate with external counsel and advisors in multiple jurisdictions. Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across the region. Support ongoing compliance and risk management initiatives. About You: Qualified lawyer in at least one LATAM jurisdiction (preferrably Colombia, Peru, Mexico), ideally with experience managing cross-border matters in LATAM. 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law (in-house or at a top law firm). Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required; (Portuguese is a plus.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable, with a business-oriented mindset. Collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international, fast-paced environment.
