Swedish Speaking Travel Support Representative – Sofia (Hybrid) We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Travel Support Representative to join our customer-focused team supporting a global travel marketplace. In this role, you will assist travelers throughout their journey by providing high-quality support related to flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services. Location: Sofia, BulgariaWork Model: HybridWorking Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 19:00Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat Provide accurate information and effective solutions related to travel services Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism Work towards individual and team KPIs Maintain and update customer information in internal systems Build and maintain basic knowledge of the client's products and services Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) Good level of English Strong communication and customer service skills Confident using computers and multiple systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable to change High school diploma (customer service experience is a plus) Availability to work fixed weekday shifts What We Offer Full-time role with standard working hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00) Monthly Salary: 1,840.65 EUR Monthly performance-based bonus Hybrid working model Fully paid training and onboarding Continuous learning and development programs Career growth and internal mobility opportunities Health and wellbeing initiatives Relocation support will be discussed at later stages of the recruitment process Additional Benefits (Applicable To All Roles) Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net, paid in addition to the base salary Additional compensation for night shift hours (if applicable), in line with company policy 500 BGN bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) Medical plan including health and dental care Life insurance Multisport Card Corporate discounts on various goods and services Important Note: Non-EU candidates must have a valid work permit for Bulgaria to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
