Interim Management Mission – HR Director & Social Relations (M/W)About the OpportunityWe are recruiting an interim HR Director & Social Relations based in Spain, responsible for leading a sensitive business and social transformation across Spain and southern European countries. The role is based in Barcelona with business mobility within key Madrid and other Spanish sites.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group within Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes.Ensure the HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.Deploy the new organization to align the country and other European countries with the new business strategy.Coordinate with external legal advisors and Group-level stakeholders.QualificationsBased in Spain, with immediate availability to start mid‑January.Fluent in Spanish (native or fully fluent) and business‑level English.Expertise in Spanish labor law and proven track record in social relations management, restructuring and restructuring contexts.Experience in B2B sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain or equivalent.Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters, experience working with employee representative bodies.Key Skills & ProfileHands‑on, execution‑driven with a strong “doer” mindset.Agile in complex matrix organisations.Pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with.Mission DetailsDuration: 6 months, extensible upon the situation.Start date: asap, expected mid‑January.Apply for this interim management mission #******Send your English CV + targeted message to ****** with reference ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
