Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development. Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles. Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists. Attention to visual details. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team. Having an eye for Global Market, Player Behavior, and International Trend Aesthetics. Communication in English. Responsibilities: Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists. Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines. Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed. Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness. Quality control, identifying work process improvements.
