Senior HR Relations ManagerReporting to the Director of Labor Relations, you will act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership in a hybrid HR & Labor Relations role.Key ResponsibilitiesShape and implement HR strategies madrijk, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.Carol: Crew Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process for complex cases. Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.Act as the primary interface with Works Councils. Lead consultations and negotiations regarding collective.Nonrictions and internal regulations.Advise leadership on Kans restructuring or service changes, ensuring all information and consultation requirements with employee representatives are met.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh level of English and Spanish – any other European language is a plus.Experience in remote HR & Labor Relations, minimum 2 years.Experience in Spanish Labor Laws.Excellent interpersonal skills.
