The Role We are looking for an innovative, self-starting Senior Engineer to join our Global Business Intelligence team, leading the strategy, design, and governance of enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions and data architecture. This role ensures BI systems align with organizational goals, scale efficiently, and support data-driven decision-making. What You’ll Do Lead the development, publishing, and scheduling of complex Power BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into advanced technical specifications. Design and create robust data models and establish connections to various data sources. Perform in-depth data analysis and provide strategic insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Power BI reports and fabric dataflows. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced techniques. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends. What You’ll Bring Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Power BI and data visualization. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and DAX. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data solutions with business goals and objectives. Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. Technical Skills Expertise in BI tools, data warehousing and ETL/ELT tools. Strong understanding of data modelling and data lake architectures. Experience with cloud platforms and modern data stack technologies.
