Health has a friendly open collaborative culture and a united team vision. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare technology and looking to kick start their career in sales. You will be targeting insurance companies, private hospitals, public hospitals and telemedicine providers. Responsibilities Develop prospecting strategies for defined markets in collaboration with the sales leader. Proactively seek potential clients through cold calls, emails and digital tools and channels. Identify and research potential clients within the health sector, including insurance companies, private hospitals, public hospitals and telemedicine providers. Utilize various tools and techniques to generate and qualify new leads. Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls and social media to introduce Legit.Health's offerings and qualify interest. Qualify prospects using the SPICED methodology (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision). Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Provide daily follow‑up to outbound leads to identify their needs and offer the best solution in alignment with the sales leader. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system. Track and manage the lead pipeline to ensure consistent follow‑up and movement through the sales funnel. Update the CRM daily with contact details and results from interactions with each client. Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve lead generation strategies. Participate in and report progress during sales meetings to continuously improve the sales process. Represent the company at corporate events to promote services and brand image. Share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams to help shape strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1‑2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the health or technology sectors. Experience with G Suite applications. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or alike). Expertise in storytelling with clear and effective supporting analysis. Proven ability to manage relationships with clients and partners at the senior executive and director level. High Spanish and English proficiency (writing and speaking). Full‑remote position. Benefits Flexible compensation: daycare and restaurant. 23 working days per year + 2 additional days granted by the company (your anniversary and December 7th) + 2 days for company closure per labor agreement (December 24th and 31st). Flexible working hours. Permanent contract. Full remote work. Working Environment We are a team of committed professionals, so you choose where you work from and also means that all processes need to be thought of as if we had no office and everyone is working remotely. No one will feel like an outsider, since all conversation will need to happen on Slack or hangouts. You'll join at a key moment to make a huge impact on how we scale with hospitals, public health systems or pharmaceutical companies.
