Build, scale and optimize performance marketing at the core of a Nordic marketplaceBilletto is looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Malaga . This is a performance-first role with full ownership of paid acquisition across B2B and B2C , where results, structure and scalability matter more than buzzwords.If you think in logic, data, automation and ROI – and you enjoy working close to both Tech and Commercial – this role is for you.We are a performance-driven, marketplace business . PPC is a profit center , not a branding channel.Your role You will be 100% hands-on and report directly to the Head of Marketing .Channels: Google Search, Paid Social, BingHeavy focus on Google Search , Performance Max , Display and Paid SocialWork with large data volumes , algorithms, integrations and automationGoogle Ads (Search, PMax, Display)Google Data Feeds, Channable or similar )You will not be responsible for CRO or landing pages – your focus is paid media performance.In-house marketing team of 5 peopleClose collaboration with Tech and CommercialNo top-funnel or brand awareness KPIsExperienced PPC Specialist (marketplace experience is a strong plus)Both technical and commercial – you understand how performance impacts the businessUsed to a results-driven, performance-focused environmentFluent in English (company language)Full-time, in-house roleEnglish-speaking, Scandinavian-led organisation (DK / SE / NO)
