Job DescriptionJob TitleService AC Power Customer Engineer (UPS system)Line ManagerService Field Supervisor Responsibility and reporting linesService Manager Created byService Manager Summary Of The Role Responsible for startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for VERTIV UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent relations with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with dispatching team and the department Manager/Supervisor. Responsible for the assigned spares VAN stock. Follow and respect, in all its technical interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain, and those that are specific to the client's facilities where the intervention is carried out. Primary Duties Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual Perform all work in a safe manner, and in accordance with established company safety policy Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures Keep Dispatching Team informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs9+ Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors Submit weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service debrief the performed job in a complete and accurate manner at the Customer's premises Keep company vehicle clean, neat and properly maintained Report and promotes sales or service leads to the proper department Attend customer meetings as required Being a reference point for key customers in case of emergency and troubleshooting Ensure availability to work during week-end and night in compliance with local labor laws Work closely with department supervisor to assist with day to day operational duties As a User, comply with the Company's ITC policy. To attend to the environmental trainings that are locally required. To know and to comply with the waste producer's requirements established by the current legislation, concerning the handling,
