About the Role

As a Sales Representative Specialist, you will connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Your role will focus on generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional service, contributing directly to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or above) and good command of English for internal communication.
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
