Description and RequirementsWe are seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting‑edge Smart Sports Vertical Solutions. At this role You will focus on creating end to end AI‑driven, IoT‑enabled, and data‑centric products for sports tech and major sport events, including sport specific solutions, wearables, smart stadiums, athlete performance analytics, and fan engagement platforms. Your job will be to ensure the delivery of the products with quality and compliance to Functional and Non‑Functional RequirementsYou will collaborate with engineering, design, sports scientists, and business teams to deliver sports services and solutions and build new product IPs to leverage with other customers in the sports market. You will report to our Director of Sports Vertical within the SSG (Solution Services Group).Key Responsibilities:Define product vision & strategy for Smart Sports solutions, aligning with business goals and with the market trends.Conduct market research on sports tech trends and develop a product roadmap integrating new business drivers and technology trends.Work with coaches, athletes, clubs, leagues, federations and large sport event organizations to identify pain points and opportunities.Develop product roadmaps, PRDs, and feature prioritization based on data and user feedback.Partner with Lenovo Business units to build scalable, real‑time sports analytics products where leveraging Lenovo portfolio as much as possible.Share sports market knowledge with Lenovo Business units and guide engineering teams to excellenceDrive Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy, working with marketing, sales, and partnerships.Ensure compliance with sports regulations, data privacy (GDPR), and security standards.Qualifications & Skills:5+ years in Product Management, preferably in sports tech with B2B/B2C products.Preferred experience with Football or Major Events customersPreferred experience with Products of Observability, Business Monitoring and Situational Awareness for TOCs, MOCs and Smart SpacesKnowledge and experience in projects with AI Technologies if possibleTechnical fluency to collaborate with software and infrastructure engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.Knowledge of sports industry sports football products, esports, fan engagement platforms, smart venues).Agile/Scrum experience, with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.Passion for sports (bonus if you have an sports background).What We will offer You:An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity.Employee Assistance Program, for psychological, legal & financial consultancyYou are joining a company that prioritizes sustainable solutions like CO2 Offset, Asset Recovery Services, and the Lenovo Certified Refurbished portfolio.Access to training for personal development - Internal E‑learning Development Platform Available for EmployeesMentorship program#J-18808-Ljbffr
