EMEA Pricing Manager (Industrial)Axalta is looking for an EMEA Pricing Manager (Industrial) to join our facility in Asturias, Spain. The role is hybrid, working 2 days from home and 3 days from the office.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct pricing analysis and sensitivity analysis to determine the impact of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability.Analyze pricing data, sales data, and customer feedback to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for pricing improvements.Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate pricing analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with product positioning and customer segments.Develop and maintain pricing models based on cost analysis, market dynamics, and business goals.Provide recommendations based on competitive benchmarking to improve our pricing strategies.Continuously monitor the performance of pricing strategies and initiatives and recommend adjustments to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to gather insights and incorporate inputs into pricing strategies.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives and customer expectations.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behavior to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, business, mathematics, economics, or other related fields is required.Minimum 5 years in pricing analysis, pricing strategy, market research, or related roles.Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Proven project management success with high visibility projects.Experience with SAP and CRM (Salesforce) desired.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in pricing models and analysis.Ability to work at tactical and strategic levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey pricing strategies and insights to stakeholders.Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization; experience presenting at an executive level.About AxaltaAxalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, serving four end markets across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
