SAP OTC Tax Lead

Gracia101 is looking for a SAP OTC - TAX Lead to join one of our client's teams in Barcelona. As part of the Order Management team, you will take ownership of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and taxation-related processes, combining strategic insight with hands-on business analysis. You will design, implement, and optimise solutions that ensure compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and support the organisation's transformation roadmap. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP O2C solution design, configuration, testing, and validation across the full project lifecycle, including cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Collaborate directly with key business stakeholders to capture requirements, define solutions, and ensure clear communication throughout delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage enhancements impacting the O2C–Tax functional domain. Partner with cross-functional platform and product teams to deliver high-quality integration projects. About You 12+ years of SAP SD–Tax experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong functional expertise across end-to-end O2C processes: from quotations and ATP checks to intercompany sales, consignment flows, and bonded warehouses. Deep understanding of tax management, credit management, pricing, sales outputs, and e-invoicing. Solid grasp of SAP cross-module integrations (SD with FICO, Planning, WM, and MM). Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Proven leadership and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
